Starter Coaching Package: $300 for 3 60-minutes sessions:
Session 1 discuss needs, desires, hopes, dreams, struggles
I’ll create custom recommendations specific to the needs of your family that we’ll discuss during Session 2
Session 3 is a follow up to discuss how it’s going and make adjustments for optimal, relaxed, fun learning.
Maya is a grown unschooler who has the lived experience of being a homeschooling teenager, sibling of homeschoolers, homeschooling parent, and teacher. She’s worked with local charter schools as a vendor and as a parent. She’s worked with homeschoolers professionally since 2000. One of her fist jobs was for a mail order homeschooling book catalogue. Maya is familiar with many alternative pedagogies such as Waldorf, Montessori, Charlotte Mason, Reggio, unschooling, free-schools, democratic schools, and more. She’s trained in re-evaluation counseling, NVC, and loves somatic tools for nervous system regulation. She understands what it’s like to struggle with finding the right educational path for your child and will never judge the messy stuff.
